In accordance with your needs, you opt for one of the offered types of BG CHARGE cards, and the data we need for their creation are determined by the Rulebook on the way to use the electronic payment system, which is published on our website. All your personal information is treated as strictly confidential, and we keep it in an adequate way. In accordance with the current legislation, which regulates the protection of personal data, we can process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

- when you have given us your consent for the processing of your personal data for a specific processing purpose, whereby you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time

- when we need the processing of your personal data to conclude and fulfill the contract you are entering into.

We also have to mention that the Rulebook on how to use the electronic payment system specifically determines the scope of data submitted by minors.

2. Who has access to your data?

In order to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the company concluded a data protection agreement with "BUS LOGIC DOO POŽAREVAC", which regulated the manner and conditions of personal data processing entrusted to the processor by the operator. This contract regulates the implementation of appropriate protection measures in order to achieve the appropriate level of security in relation to risk, in accordance with the level of technological achievements and the costs of their application, the nature, scope, circumstances and purpose of processing, as well as the probability of the occurrence of risk and the level of risk for rights and freedom of natural persons.

3. Security measures

The company's server infrastructure enables the reception and storage of all data of the electronic ticket collection system and appropriate infrastructure services are provided, primarily in the area of system security, identity and role management, as well as non-functional requirements related to system security (redundancies, backups, etc.) .), all in order to achieve a high degree of system reliability and availability.

4. Your rights as data subjects

You can contact us at any time with any of the above requests:

- to provide you with access to your personal data, to answer for which purposes the data concerning you is used, as well as to access such personal data, to know the purpose of processing, the categories of your personal data that we store and the period during which we keep the data.

- to request the correction of incorrect, incorrectly entered and/or outdated data;

- to request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data within the period that allows the operator to check the accuracy of the personal data, if you consider that the processing is illegal and you do not want the data to be deleted, if you have raised an objection or if you believe that PUK " Billing for the Belgrade transport service" your data is no longer needed;

- to submit an objection to the way we process your data, even in cases where it is not disputed that we process the data in accordance with the Law;

5. Entry into force and modification of the Privacy Policy

The privacy policy may be amended or supplemented, depending on the amendment of the Rulebook on the way to use the electronic payment system, changes in the legal framework or at the request of the competent authority (Commissioner for the Protection of Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data).
